Why Mosquitoes bite some people and don't bite others.

Mosquitoes want your blood but not for the reason you might think. About 1 out of every 5 people is an especially appealing target for hungry mosquitoes. But what factors determine who gets bitten? It's mostly about what's on your skin -- and they can hone in on you from about 50 yards away. Bacteria is especially seductive as well as the microbes that make up your skin. About one trillion of microbes are present in your skin and these are palatable attractors of mosquitoes.

Also the carbon IV Oxide (CO2) we breathe out attract them that is why when you breath heavily especially at night when you sleep, they come sizzling around you. Snoring is a musical rhythm for them and they waste no time to add their melodious saxophonic whistling very close to your ears for your enjoyment.

The female mosquitoes especially need your blood for reproduction purpose-laying of larvae. This is the reason female mosquitoes are more ferocious than the male mosquitoes.

it is a well know fact that, while they go about sucking your blood, the deadly malaria parasite is injected into their victim. The reason they first inject your blood with the parasite is to prevent your blood from clotting. If your blood clots, they can not suck. They just have to make your blood very light to enable them suck it mercilessly.

So, to get rid of them or minimise their musical entertainment, first your personal hygiene matters a lot. This will stop your skin microbes from attracting them. Also, keep your surroundings clean. And of course, you can use insecticides to deal with them.
