I don’t blame him at all. If I were him, I would wear ten masks! Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone are three of the worst hit countries of the recent Ebola outbreak!Over 600 people have died and 1200 have been infected with the deadly virus that kills 90% of those infected!
Nollywood actor Jim Iyke had to visit Liberia for some business but he went prepared! The bad boy wasn’t taken any chances and even though the disease is not airborne, he made sure he covered up his nose and parts of his face with a mask.
He shared the pic on his Instagram account this morning with the caption Monrovia, unfinished biz; Leavin tonite. Nt ashamed to admit tis ish scares the Jesus outta me. #Ebola!!!!
Over the weekend, Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf closed most of the country’s borders. The few points of entry that are still open will have Ebola testing centers and will implement preventive measures, she said.
On Monday, Arik Air suspended operations into Liberia’s capital, Monrovia, and the capital of Sierra Leone, Freetown. On Friday (25th July), Patrick Sawyer, a Liberian man with Ebola died in Lagos, he came into the country on July 20 making him the first victim and carrier in Lagos!
